This is the AIRMAX Air Filter from Ultimate Racing to achieve maximum airflow to the carburetor, while respecting the external dimensions of the filter to try to fit most of the 1/8 offroad cars and bodies. This is achieved by means of a short, large-diameter tapered rubber connector tube that accelerates airflow and an internal filter structure with a larger surface area, without compromising engine protection. Designed with dual head, the inside is 3mm Allen and the outside is 5.5mm hex so you can use a nut driver/wrench. This gives you two easy ways to remove the clutch screw and a redundant option in case one of the two is damaged. The diameter is 10mm to completely cover the front clutch bearing.
